First time ever going to Washington, and ever seeing the Pacific ocean. The state is beautiful. I just have to say. How do you poor hider's live in such a mask nazi state? I thought Colorado was bad, nah, Washington takes the cake. And Seattle is neat. Plenty of sights to see such as the famous Space Needle, Columbia Tower, tweaking heroin addicts rolling around on the ground, the port with the big cargo ships coming in, oppressed white folks with outlandish hair colors and offensive BO. This list goes on and on, but I have to say, seeing Olympic National Park, Mt. Rainier, the Spacific ocean for the first time, the Hoh Rainforest, and just all the damn trees, made it worth it. It was a nice change from the high plains desert that is northern Colorado.

I was there last week. I love the weather of the PNW, but the traffic is horrible. My mom moved to the Auburn area and my brother lives not to far away. My wife and SIL went to Seattle and my wife said the same thing about the maskholes. I live in red northern Ca and most Don’t wear mask or sweat you if you don’t.

Nice place to visit. I spent six years in Bothell and Everett right about the time Seattle was being "discovered", you could not pay me enough money to live along the I5 corridor again. Fun fact: I was told that in the late 60's the Smith Tower was the tallest building west of the Mississippi, that would be that little building on the south side of downtown.

You went to the wrong side of the mountains, dudes. Bunch of commie fucktards around the sound. Come to tri-cities next time, you can do the Hanford tour and see how we built the nukes for ww2.
I should get there next time I’m in WA. My dad hopped on a train in WI, left his wife and two small kids behind, to go to Hanford and work as an operator. He came home when his brother-in-law was killed at Anzio. Now, people don’t want to travel a couple hours from home to support a family. It sounds like that Hanover site was quite a place, like the Wild West.

It was a spur of the moment trip. Flights were cheap and the ol' lady and I are trying to do some traveling this year to make up for not doing any last year. It's nice to see some other states and what they have to offer. We do plan on visiting again, as it would be nice to see the other side of the state. Hard to get everything done in less than 3 days. Definitely be cool to see how nukes are made lol

To be fair, the scenery on the east side isn't far off from what you're probably used to, so it's not like you'd be getting a new view.

I avoid Seattle area as much as possible, but I will admit it's nice to get over there into the trees once in a while and a downtown Seattle overnighter after a game or something isn't too bad as long as you know what to expect.

You picked the best time of year to visit IMO. You cant truly understand green rainforests and vegetation until you have seen western Washington in May/June . Stay out of the cities though, real shitholes.

A few more pictures since the first three were the only ones in my computer at the time. Walking the Hall of Mosses in the Hoh rainforest felt like something straight out of Jurassic park with it sprinkling and the trees being as tall as they are.

On the same site, is the scientific facility that looks for gravity waves and is now famous for detecting such waves a few year ago.

Better yet, a few miles south is the infamous 1000yd Rattlesnake rifle range!

Idaho is back to normal except for the "woke" scum who moved up from California and their stupid masks and mask filled stores. Everything east of the Cascades is fairly normal, Spokane has a large supply of hobo scum sleeping downtown but it is still decent. Seattle has an endless supply of street scum, you can step over overdosing human sewage 20 feet from Pike's Place Market and leftist woke assholes with little or no hygiene abound.

Traffic is horrible on the left coast, some backups are 100 miles long so heading out of town to the north is 15mph from Tacoma to Everett. Enjoy the visit, the ocean and sound are lovely, the people of the left are horrible and resemble Hitler Youth with far worse bathing habits.
