149....I would probably pay....I remember when I bought 2x 8# for about 124 bucks. Now I can't seem to find them for less than 160+

I remember just 6 years ago I bought 4 X 8# jugs for $90 each. When I started loading any powder was 7 to $8 a pound. Primers were $0.50

wound up getting jerked around guy said no one there talked to anyone about the varget(list 179.99) said he would sell for 149.99. It will cost him more in the long run(my Business).
Went to another town and bought 2 1# bottles 21.00 anda # of reloader 15.

Great price if you don't have to pay for freight. Powder Valley gets it from time to time. It's 137 plus fight and hazmat. Comes out to about 175 or so.

$149.66/ 8lber, if it is truly in stock. And check the Rem. Primers they had a good selection.

That is not a bad price. The sad thing is, prices will most likely go up. Heck, Lapua brass is slated for a price increase in 2010. I keep buying a few years worth of supplies when I can, then when I go to restock, my jaw drops each time.

I have been looking at the pricing and decided to get 12 1 pounders from powder valley all in it came to approx $22.00 a pound but recently went to a bass pro shop and its $27.99 there plus 8% tax.
at that rate the powder valley single pounders are a steal.

Bill,
Get a couple of folks together and order a case of powder. 4 or 6 kegs + primers can go under the same hazmat/shipping fee. Helps keep the cost done a bit. I believe Powder Valley will still mix powders in a single case..
