Range Report Vertical stringing

I'm having some trouble with some vertical stringing in my groups from a certain rifle and not from my other rifles. It is a .308 shot from a bi-pod. I am loading the bi-pod. I would welcome any suggestions.

When you load the bipod is the stock touching the barrel?

The barrel is freefloated and is not touching the stock anywhere.

Check your scope base I know mount tension can cause stringing.

Shoot it off of a bench and see if it changes or go up/down a little with the powder charge. Bedding okay?
