Just finished mounting mine up. Didn't know that the mount would ship separately from the glass so I stole it's twin from another rifle. No biggie.
First impressions are good. Really like the turrets. Didn't notice any slop or play. Glass is good, reticle is very appealing to my eye and the eye relief is VERY good. I have the eyepiece set even with the rear of the charging handle and I have enough relief to hold a cheekweld on the rear third of my A2 stock.
HOWEVER, there is a caveat. The eye relief does change with magnification. I found myself inching closer and closer as I went through the power range and at 24x I was nestled pretty close so keep that in mind.
Anyways, the illumination is crisp and overall fit and finish are good.
The only thing that's going to take some getting used to is the power ring. There are marked sections at 6x, 8x, 12x and 24x, I believe. It's great because you can see where you are on the power ring but the ring also "clicks into place" at these magnifications. I'm sure it's so you can adjust the power and know where you're adjusting to without removing your cheekweld. It's not a negative, just something that you have to get used to over time.
Not gonna say too much more until I spend some time with it. Hopefully tomorrow or this weekend I'll be able to get out. I'll post a range report and photos a little later.
