HB 192 requires showing a firearms dealer proof competence with a firearm before being allowed to purchase. Summary as presented is below.

With 5 days left to file bills before the session begins on the 8th, I am sure the liberals will come up with a few more. Perhaps with the help of Doomburg.

Firearm purchases; proof of demonstration of competence with a firearm. Provides that any person purchasing from a dealer a firearm shall demonstrate competence with a firearm as provided in the statute governing proof of demonstration of competence with a handgun for the purposes of obtaining a concealed handgun permit. The bill also prohibits a firearms dealer from selling, renting, trading, or transferring from his inventory any firearm to any person until he has been furnished with proof that the prospective has demonstrated competence with a firearm.

More proof that they are all the same. Can't be trusted to represent the people. Everything they do or say is ultimately for their own benefit. IMHO, but I'm an old white man, living in a fly over state so my opinion has little effect.

Where can one find all these treasonous vermin yellow bellies all huddled together conspiring to oppress American Patriots, that would be key to Liberty .

Since we are going back to trying to make people take tests before they can exercise a right...

How about we suggest they make a competency test before you can vote and another one before you can run for office...

And let the howls of "racism" begin HA!
And voting isn’t even a constitutional right!

All those leeches can find a id to get their welfare and 40 but it’s a hardship to need id to vote.
Should make them dip their thumb in ink like Iraq. And use facial recognition. Vote twice = dead within a week.
