Fieldcraft Visual line of sight tool, to use as you map recon

I haven't been on in a seriously long time.

This may be old news around here (?) but a couple years ago I came across a program used in RF (radio freq) work to see if there is clear line of sight between two points, such as where one is wanting to place a antenna (point A) and say a receiver (point B.) I've been using it along with map recon, to see if I will potentially, visually be able to see the target, from the potential FFP I found on the map to hopefully engage the target at its likely location on the map.

That's pretty cool!

Easier than counting contour lines on a map and adding a bit for trees etc. to work out intervisibility.

Would have made one of my jobs when I was in the army much easier when the boss asked "Can you see that point from this point?"
