Rifle Scopes Vortex 2.5-10x44 Viper PST Butler Creek Sizes?

Just pulled the trigger on one and CameralandNY didn't carry them (I got the last one!). Any idea on the order sizes for BC scope covers? Thank you!

my advice is to call or email Vortex and they will be able to tell you - I would hope.

I have seen 16 eye recommended a couple of times but it doesn't fit my 2.5-10 PST. Very loose.

I used 14 eye and 33 obj with excellent results.

Just to add that the 14 eye does fit my 2.5-10 PST. Not sure why everyone else is suggesting 16.

Unfortunately I had already placed the order based on Vortex (made the ASSumption that they should know their stuff). Looks like electrical tape is in my future...

Just got my PST 2.5-10x44 from Doug (cameraland) today. The 33 obj and 14 eye I picked up at Bass Pro fit perfect.

Just got it mounted up. Waiting on the eyepiece cover, but the scope is great for the $$!

Thats retarded!! So much for a cheap bedside rifle build. I remember when we first talked about the build. Man that is a sweet rifle! Great set up.

14 eye / 33 objective works perfect on it.

Different strokes for different folks.... I use the 16 eye and find it works fine and I don't need a prybar to remove it if I need to adjust the focus or some other reason. I suppose some 16's may fit looser then mine due to manufacturing variences.

talk to ken at vortex today and he told me that some people want the 14 bulter creek and some the 16 so guess and check.
