On a budget here so can't go over $900. I like the fact that the PST has a Zero Stop, and that the turrets are calibrated in the same units as the reticle. I don't need FFP and truthfully don't even like FFP(I know I'm going to hear it for that one) but SFP works for me. The other scopes I was looking at were the Burris MTAC 6.5-20x 50 and the Weaver tactical 4-20x 50.
I have had good experiences with Burris in the past which is why they are on the list along with the G2B Mil-Dot and .1 mil turrets as well as the 30mm tube. I haven't really looked for anything on here about them yet as they are relatively new.
The other one that I keep seeing info on is the Weaver. Most guys I read on here who use them seem to love 'em.
However the Burris has limited internal elevation, AO instead of SF and no zero stop. The Weaver seems all right except that I don't like FFP. I keep coming back to the SFP Vortex PST 6-24. What do you all think?
