I just wanted to pass on an incredible customer service experience with Vortex.
I recently bought a new AMG that had issues with the parallax knob.
While it was an awesome scope I lost trust in it and asked vortex if I could get a refund.
They said yes and I told them I got it for significantly less than MSRP.
I just received a check for the full MSRP price!
Wow that's ridiculously rare for a company to do so much for it's customers.
I'll be buying vortex again in the future for sure
