Just FYI, this dude is still watching the forums. I got a text from the same number. He was posing as the seller and gave me the same PayPal account that he gave yall.

FBI is too busy redacting names and cutting out minutes of videotapes than to hunt down fraud and crime.
We have little recourse nowadays other than to us our heads before sending money on the Interwebs. It should have taken the guy 8 seconds to figure out that it wasn't a good idea to F&F $1K to the number, but I truly hope the CC companies/PP will step in and help reverse this nonsense.
As pointed out from another member, if you google search that number, there is a thread about him being a scammer on another forum from MARCH. This shit bag has been at it for at least 7 months and there is such little pressure on him he hasn’t even bothered to get a new burner yet.
Sorry the binos did sell..I hope the guy that paid the scammer is able to recoup. I’ve had some other close calls with scammers but I haven’t seen like this before
Binos showed today and are everything I hoped they would be and then some. My interaction with the seller (Hybridhunternm) was top-tier. They showed up in better condition than I thought. Thank you for the transaction, and my heart goes out to the guy who got scammed. Would it be worth posting his name on the forum and/or following him and posting on every post that he comments on?
