Super LNIB! Seal wasn't even broken until I took pictures for SH. They have never been used, battery is still in the box, and these were just a back up pair that I had incase my main pair quit out on me. I have a pair of Leica's that are my main go-to's and they haven't quit on me yet.

This item was not marked sold only because I have forgotten to do so. Admittedly, I have a bad habit of not marking sold, but at least it’s a consistent history. Secondly, the second item for sale is a completely separate serialized item. It is not your place to make those judgements about what items I do and do not possess. Additionally, you have a false accusation of me trying to sell the same item to a plural amount of members. This is unfounded, as I have only sent pictures to one other individual, of a completely separate serial number.

Lastly, just because it shows me online, doesn’t necessarily mean that I am. I use this site on my computer, phone, and laptop. I do not always turn off or exit the browser on those devices.

So someone is late, admittedly, so you spread false accusations, make assumptions about previous and current sales, further rumors, and don’t even attempt to figure out why I was late in replying.

Also, while I did tell you I would give you a tracking number that night, I didn’t promise nor made any mention of by COB. I can provide a screenshot of that. I also made mention that I had box issues. Something I also had an issue with, was your address. I couldn’t get it to process through UPS, something I would have told you before you started drama and accusations.

You summed it up very well, you are late on providing tracking info and you could have communicated the reason you are late to me, but you didn't

I checked the tracking number the seller provided, as of 5 minutes ago, it's still only showing as label created, it has been more than 3 days, doesn't look like he has dropped it off.

Either way, he has been banned due to reports regarding this transaction, so either you get your item or you were burned.

Some of you guys seeing Scammers everywhere are a bit of the problem too, you immediately judge people based on very little to nothing, in some cases, they are "new account" made a post and you complain

Yes, we want to report scammers but you better have proof, imagine you were complained about how would you feel ?

I get hate mail almost every hour because our automated security system bans and marks people as spam. The term Spam pisses people off to no end, and that goes for scammers too

To me, some of you jumped the gun, and this may all go south because of it, if that happens, it should be a lesson

When they Hijack your account they change the email, 75% of all claimed hijackings had no posts or emails changed so who did what ?

Guys are seeing ghosts again, there are 1000s of posts every week, we have maybe 10 out of those who are bad, an awful week a scammer might make 3 posts from one account but most of the time we catch them quick

I have contacted him numerous times, all my calls to him went directly to his voice mail. I also have asked for my money back if he can't complete the transaction by text msg, he gave me some excuses initially, but has stopped to responding to my msg recently.

This is the same dude who just had a problem with someone else. Hoosier was selling an ATACR and had problems- query his past posts - I’d stay the fuck away- never his fault
