Bushnell HDMR Vs Vortex Razor?
Having owned both, the Razor has more features. I prefer the HDMR.

I would say bushnell, but mainly cause of the reticle choices. Bushnell tacticals are made in japan. I like vortex also, I think they are made in the Philippines.

I guess the new bushnell is 10 mil per turn as is the new vortex... Both are about the same price for 2013

HDMR hands down. They are both amazing choices for the money but the Bushy glass was just that much better. The reticle options and overall construction of the bushy just seemed better overall as well.

I was in the same debate as you. The Razor HD has all the features I want (10 mils per rev and zero stop) but the "Gen 2" HDMR is going to be nice. It's going to have those features as well. I think I'm going to hold out.

I will never own another scope that doesn't have a zero stop, I don't know if the new Bushnells have it but the Razor does, it's one of things once you have it I bet you'll feel the same as I do, I got a Razor on my rifle now, the EBR3 reticle is a great reticle, and my scope tracks perfectly, I checked it.

The 2nd generation Bushnell DMRs will have a zero stop and 10 mil turrets.
