Rifle Scopes Vortex PST Gen 2 5-25

Tried the search function but I failed at that on my phone. Sorry for a question that has probably been asked a thousand times. Just received a PST Gen 2, just took it out of the box and the elevation turret does not align with the hash marks. Easy fix? Return? Have a couple HS LR’s where I know how to adjust the turret is the PST gen 2 the same? Thank you for your help!

Easy fix. Loosen the lock screws and line it back up. The cap is not splined to the turret.
