I tried to read it, but it quickly became too ridiculous. Then at the bottom, same author has another one about how Sponge Bob is sexist, and trans "women" must be allowed to compete as women. What a whack job.
What a moron. The reason for getting up early was for farming and taking all advantage of daylight hours. And really, it is only early if you stayed up past midnight drinking and doing amyl nitrate (poppers) and having lots and lots of anal sex. If you just live a regular life that is not afraid of work, then you go to bed early and get up early. Early being a relative term.
And no, slaves being required to work those hours is not a sign of racism or white supremacy. It would not matter what hours of the day are worked, slavery is slavery.

Who would catch more fish? The guy that puts a bucket by the side of the lake and takes a nap waiting for the fish to jump in his bucket? or the guy that is actively using fishing gear and fishing the same lake?
Feel free to make the two men in the fishing scenario any race you want, the outcome for the man taking a nap is 100% predictable and will remain the same. The guy actively fishing has a chance for a better outcome, but no guarantee

Lets be 100% honest. Brenda and I trained and exhibited Tennessee Walking Horses (Plantation or flat shod classes) for a number of years. I actually held a professional license. (What a joke). The closest we ever came to making a profit was about Minus $500.00 per month. Now do you understand why we don’t still train horses. However, we did. And we also both worked full time jobs working with people with Mental Retardation. (Considering the “profits” we were making, one wonders who was the one actually retarded)
Point. Horses don’t quit living just because a fellow or lady does not want to wake up. Same with cattle, hogs, chickens and just about everything else that people like to eat. (same with snowstorms, flooding rain, 100 degree temperatures, you get the picture)
We were up no later than 4:30 every morning, to feed, hay, clean stalls, remove blankets, check cooling fans EVERY MORNING. We finished training, feeding, cleaning stalls, adding blankets, checking feet, and of course the not so occasional case of collick or injury treatment well after dark, just about EVERY EVENING.
I suppose that makes Brenda and I super racists? We only had two decent horses that were not black, and we gave every horse equal treatment (except Fashion’s Flirt, she was our Big Winner.).
If you’re gonna work for a living, especially if your gonna work with things that are alive, you Have to Be Up Early! There are only so many hours in the day.
