I'm torn. I like to go to the Subway in Wally Mart for lunch and sit at a table next to the windows that look out into the store. I refer to it as 'Lunch and a floor show'. Little by little they chip away at my fun.

Problem is it’s just the start of a sliding movement. It will get worse almost surely before it gets better and better will only happen when leaders and population seriously CHIME IN. It’s a prolonged battle.

The people who make their living selling ammo aren't going to stop selling ammo.

Fuck Walmart with a rusty piece of rebar

This is the direction we are headed. One by one the retailers are cowing to the bedwetters. If you have not been buying ammo to stash away, now would be a good time to do it.
If you reload and have not been stashing away components, now would be a good time to do that.
It would even be a good time to stash a stripped lower in the back of the safe, just for a rainy day.
The big item is ammo. If you don't have any, or can't load some, you might as well sell you stuff for food cards, or simply keep it for door stops.

I purchased a fair amount of ammo from White Trash Mecca up til now . It's close and price is comparable . Gotta say I'm pissed . Well it was time to get off my nuts and start putting my other reloading dies to work . I'm good with brass and I'll be saving money so eff em . Never really enjoyed watching all the illegals and hood rats from Trenton shopping their anyways .

Can't recall last time I bought ammo from Walmart. Buy it online because it's cheaper and can get exactly what I want. Doesn't effect me any.

Also this won't hurt Walmart. Do I hate them? Yes, will I probably still shop there, probably. Only go there a few times a year anyways.

What the fuck is "short barreled rifle ammunition" anyway? I swear, with each day these gun-hating extremist freaks spout off nonsense thinking they know a lot about firearms, the less coherent they are.

Walmart can go choke on a dick, and like others have said here, those smaller and much more honest and honorable businesses that make their livings off of selling guns and ammunition will only grow. The only thing that Walmart is known for nowadays are Worldstar videos and assorted hoodrat shit.

Seemed pretty inevitable... sucks to lose a cheap ammo distributor though. We already lost online sales here. Don't know how much further they can push this without taking all the options away. Then people will turn to "alternate" means of acquiring ammo.

I heard, on the radio, that ammunition sales makes up for 20% of their sales. This all sounds like a Dick's Sporting Goods moment. They aren't doing so well right now. Happiness is seeing a "Out-of-Business," sign outside their doors.

I get most of my ammo in bulk from stores like:

https://www.midwayusa.com/

https://www.powdervalleyinc.com/

https://www.sgammo.com/

https://www.targetsportsusa.com/

https://www.wideners.com/

On occasion, I've noticed really good sales on ammunition from Cabelas. I order it online and have it sent to the closest store to avoid shipping charges.

And as always the LGS is a great place to buy from and give them our support.

I quit buying rifle and handgun ammo from Wally World along time ago. Only thing recently I bought was the “value pack” shotgun shells. When they quit selling AR15s they lost me on the 2A. I am very lucky I have two Palmetto State Armory’s within a 20 minute drive. I don’t think you get any more pro 2A than them. They sponsor the local news here and I love it when they say “From the Palmetto State Armory studios Here’s what’s making news at this hour”......LOL It’s our local CBS affiliate and I am surprised they allow them to sponsor the local news.
