Movie Theater walking dead is back!

I actually liked tonight. Especially the part where Michonne used Carl as bait at the doors to go back in. I liked seeing the insanity that is effecting the living, though I would have rather seen them pick up the hitch hiker. As it is, they are going to have more guns than bodies if the Gov'na comes a knocking.

I did think either Carl or Michonne would die tonight, since they were both talking which seems to happen moments before death. =)

The show is now a completely different beast than the graphic novels it is based on.

It's been interesting seeing the differences, but losing writers and producers who had the book story's back is recipe for AMC to run it into the ground.

The highest ratings in key demographics and we get drowned with Jaguar commercials.

The only saving grace (besides terrific acting) is Kirkman (the fellow behind the whole enchilada) is an executive producer...

... And naked Andrea

Amen, I would rather watch the first season all over in B&W. This season 3 is well Meh......I hope things pick up soon!

I also enjoy Talking dead...great followup to the show.

I watched it a few times at first but to me I don't see the point in breaking down every boring step of the show. I just didn't get anything out of it and it didn't add to the show at all so I stopped watching it.I like the show but to me Talking Dead actually ruins the show for me.

LOL this is in the news today (looks like we're not the only ones who are bored to tears)

‘The Walking Dead’: Season 3 takes a boring turn with latest episode

http://www.foxnews.com/entertainmen...latest-episode/?intcmp=features#ixzz2NF9KaK3P

Arrow on the Doorpost,” this week’s episode of “The Walking Dead,” was by and large a snoozefest, with hardly any excitement, but lots of negotiation.

Rick and the Governor convene for a mediation set up by Andrea.

This season is painfully slow. The only episode I've really enjoyed was last week's when Rick, Michonne, and Carl went back to Rick's hometown. It was good to see that thread definitively tied up.

This week's was dull. What I can't understand is why Rick doesn't see the obvious: taking out the Governor ends the war. Period. Man, this season needs to pick up.

On the other hand, I'm really digging the Vikings series that just started. Much less talky-talky, more fighty-fighty.

Agree with all prior posts...

...and next Sunday I will still sit down in front of the tube with popcorn.

...and it will still be slow with bits n pieces foreshadowing a huge confrontation...

... That will take place next season.

TV sucks

I think they will wrap up the battle this season.

They say they wanted the story lines more seasonal, and not extending, they hinted the Woodbury storyline will wrap and not carry over.

I think the set up was great for the a big season finale

So kind of like what they do in justified, introduce new bg, bg, dies off at the end of the season, but with left over characters.

I'd be okay with that. Last season it was shane, now its the governor. It'll be interesting to see who strikes first, but they better wrap up the battle this season, even if they have to evacuate the prison and find shelter else where, just get on with it.

Also, has the governor been spying on Rick's team, i thought i caught a reference he made about the weapons cache they got off Morgan. Was i hearing things?

I actually love Justified's modus operandi. It just makes the storyline and the individual episodes themselves feel a bit more complete. Walking Dead could take some notes from Justified, IMO.

I was being facetious.
They will most likely wrap Woodbury this season.
The deviations from the books, I get...
...but, damn, they make my head hurt.

You all should give the books a read. $30 compendiums from Amazon. Hands down, great reads.

Damn the governor is a bad ass fighting off 12 or so walkers single handed without getting bitten.
Oh and Andrea is gonna get a special welcome home private party. The worm has turned and Milton better head for the prison before he gets special attention too.

Honestly I am thinking that the chair was meant for Andrea and not Michonne. The Gov prepped two chains with neck rings in the first scene, my guess is that is a reference to Michonne's pets. The Gov is the type of cult leader that would lash out at those that defy him or choose another way of life, so I think that the chair is a way of punishing Andrea for not being his lacky. He knows that he is losing her loyalty, and once the shooting starts again he know he definitely will lose her. Therefore, he prepped the chair in advance. The only flaw in his plan was that he had to make a day trip of retrieving his toy.

Torture and kill her, then chain her up in one chain, maimed and broken. Michonne gets the other chain.

The question in my mind, is which girl is the zombie and which is still alive to suffer seeing her friend want to eat her.

...Just my guessing.

Ha I forgot about the neck rings....I believe you are spot on sir!

According to the facebook feed, 27 people are going to die tonight. Hoping Glenn lives. I assume Rick will, and I like Carl (this year only), and Daryl. Other than that.. meh.
