A little here, a little there
Looking for a holster with a thumb break that I can place in the small of my back for my PPKS.

I'm looking at the Don Hume H715-M T.B. and the Galco inside the waistband pant holster.

Don't know if the soft leather or harder leather would be better. What yer opinions?

Or if you have a better recommendation let me know.

Thanks.

Re: Walther PPK/S holster

I would encourage you to consider other carry locations. Access from SOB carry is typically slow, and unmistakable. It is non-existent if the fight goes to the ground and you end up on your back.

The closer you can move the pistol to your centerline (12 o'clock) the easier and faster it is to get to.

Kydex tends to be thinner then leather, so while harder, it doesn't tend to create as much of a pressure point as a thicker leather bulge might.

Appendix carry is fast and super concealable, especially for small pistols like the PPK/S. It's just not something that a lot of people are used to.
