We didn't.
Or they saw that no bipod under $300 is worth using so they upped the price so people would buy it.I guess they missed the $250 target price. Price on the site is $379.
That sucks, should have ordered one last night. Waited till this morning now the price is $329
Arca adapter coming. I think it is $20. Prices are all over the place. Pretty sure they run a demand app similar to other stores. More interest increases the price.$292 now. Prices are all over the place. Looks like a great pod. Wish I had known about it when I was out there in Nevada a couple weeks ago. Arca mountable?

All good info there.
Yeah any comparisons would be good the prices are similar so if the Warne catches on I'm sure a lot of people will be deciding between the two.
Maybe some side by side pictures hard to tell how beefy everything is compared to Atlas.
If you are concerned about the feet unscrewing... I would add some loctite to the threads... Thanks for the write up. I ordered mine. It does look like it will support a small truck as a jack stand
It does look like those quick adjust levers on the legs will get stuck on brush, tree limbs, etc... for those of us using it in the field
I've played with one, but not shooting. It's fantastic in a demo setting, but who knows behind the rifleHas anyone gotten their hands in this bipod?! Even just at shot show?

I just ordered the Arca one from guns2ammo for $243 once youput it in your cart.I just got a Cadex Falcon Light bipod, and I feel the Warne fits well in the middle between that and my Atlas.
The Cadex has locking feet. I haven’t had a problem with the feet on my Warne coming loose, but the feet are grippy, and there’s no lock. I’ll probably add some vibratite or other light threadlocker for peace of mind.
Pan and cant with the Cadex feels more solid. It feels like I’m moving something on a linear carriage. I haven’t had a chance to compare the two in use, but I’m not sure there will be a practical difference.
The Warne is narrower than the Cadex, with beefier legs. It sits between the Cadex and Atlas in terms of size, I think it’s the heaviest though.
I also have the easiest time deploying the Atlas legs. I don’t know what it is, the pull down button on the Warne isn’t tricky, but I just can’t seem to deploy it as blindly and easily as the Atlas. The Cadex has a push button style too, but it seems to get stuck sometimes, it might just need to wear in, but it also only gets stuck when I’m trying to fold the legs after deploying, so it’s not an issue when deploying.
Overall, after using the Warne for a while now, I wish I would have bought 2 at 266, and sold my Atlas. At the 330ish I’m seeing now, not so much. I think it’s better, but I think it’s better by about the value of the price difference. I like the Cadex better than the Warne, but it’s not $200 better, let alone $300 better, I think it is better though.
