The link is to a flight tracker site. A very specialized balloon launched from Sioux Falls SD over a month ago has made it's way to Idaho where it has spent the past week. According to Monkeywerx, Raven Aerostar a SD company is controlling the balloon. It is put up to listen, watch and report to who knows. Some specs are it is steerable, can stay aloft for up to a year, and can carry a 1000# payload.

I once found a scammer out by Googling part of a post and finding it cut from a UK birdwatcher site. Tried that with his few posts and came up zero. Still, I wouldn't deal with anyone I'm the least suspicious of.
