The vast majority of conservatives are law abiding citizens. The lowest rate of crime is among CCW holders. Every statistic, however sliced and diced, show the same patterns of law abiding behavior. This is both a point of honor and integrity but also a weakness. We have seen that the mechanisms of justice are skewed and biased and wielded as a weapon against us. The rioters and insurgents are let go. We are charged and jailed. The rare times the police actually intervene then they're scolded by the leadership apparatus. This is the dimension of the 'long game' of those who want to remove self-determination and self-rule and essential elements of the Constitution.
We have to see Rittenhouse win. It's actually crucial and should be seen as a pivotal battle in this emerging, undeclared war. By Rittenhouse going free, it sends the signal that you can still be law abiding, good and wholesome without being accepting and weak or legally vulnerable. This last part is the crux of it. The bias of justice against us exposes us to being legally vulnerable and disadvantaged and will be the main weapon to prevent mass unification and protesting on our side. We can only trust that the police will move against those from whom they perceive little or no threat - the law-abiding and stay hands off against the insurgents. That's not a dig at all cops, just their leadership and enough of them among them that will do whatever they're ordered to do regardless.
We need to deploy the same tactics that the left have skillfully used. we need to make the application of biased justice against us as unappetizing and politically consequential as the left have only we need to learn their lessons and apply their techniques faster and harder.
I don't have the answer to the how of this. Do we make our voices and obviously, votes known and heard to the politicians? Is there some way to spend and conduct business in a way that would be influential? I'm not sure as to the answer, but it seems this is a key strategy and tactic being used by 'them' and we shouldn't be blind, complacent or non-participatory.
