Rifle Scopes Weav tac 3_15 illret, sIII mil 6-24,elite tac ill

The elite tac is 6-24, all within $30 of each other, which one should I get and why?

I own a Elite 4200 6-24x50 FFP and briefly had a 3-12x44 FFP.

I would choose the Weaver 3-15 EMDR over the Elite 3-12, if only for the extra top-end magnification.

Sightron. Great glass. Repeatable optics. Weaver and Bushnell have never been known for their repeatable dials.

Don't compare old school to new school.

Weaver is heavy.

Bushnell for higher mag or Weaver for the lower magnification. I have the Bushnell and am very happy for the money.

So glass go with sightron for "tac applications" weaver or bush. That about sums it up? Is the weav bush glass close to sightron? And are weav and bush glass close to each other or does one beat the other?
