if your body is saying eat then you need to eat , have your macros sorted out for each meal , if you find yourself NEEDING to eat more often than every 2 hrs then add a couple cups of raw green veggies to the previous meal.
The greens will great slow digestion and keep you saiated longer and offer little no no added cals when coupled with a low calorie dressing
