Weird New Gear

I got some doojiggers for helping a friend clean out and move his old workshop. Trying to get an idea for the value of these items.

First is a powered primer pocket cleaner, and next is a thingie that uniforms the neck wall thickness. The insert is marked .300 WM.

Thanks. Looks like I have the primer pocket cleaner and the outside neck shaver.
