To clarify- Close valve to houseWell up and running.
water is flowing.
Thank you!
With my sized tank, w no water in it I charge the badder at 34 psi. Then, turn the well pump on.Well….
That’s not exactly how I went about it.
I turn the switch to the pump off and verified via meter.
Turned off the valves feeding the house and the sprinklers.
Removed the old switch and installed the new, wired it up.
Checked everything and turned the power back on.
I heard the pressure build up. Opened all the valves. Tested the faucets. Checked the water pressure (45 psi).
put the cover back on and called it good.
Should I be checking something else?
I would check and see how many amps your pump motor is pulling..... A motor pulling high amps will tend to wear out the contacts quicker.Well….
