Hello all, just getting seriously about precision shooting and this looks like a great resource. what are the parts of the forum that are most frequented?

All depends on your interests. Some guys rarely leave the Bear Pit, and others will live in the Optics forum. Just go where you want the information from

Welcome! I've found the most use from the search bar... gotten the answer (many of them conflicting) to almost every question I've had. Scope/equipment reviews, comparisons, opinions on everything. A lot of the 'how to' type threads have helped greatly. Great resource from combined centuries of knowledge.
