As @generalzip said, key to maintaining decent recoil is weight, a good brake, and perhaps most importantly, not using overpressure loads. My 6x47 load drives 105s about the same speed as the Comet (3050), but felt recoil is noticeably less with the Lapua case even with more powder because it’s much lower pressure than the BR based case.
