What buffer weight and spring for a rifle length tube on a 18in SPRish upper?

I am putting together a SPRish 18in setup and wondering what you guys have found to be a good spring/buffer combination for something like this. I will be running seekins adjustable gas block.

It really all depends if you're going to be running it suppressed or not?

And what is your gas length?

A5 something and a CS rifle spring... Unless the rifle tube is the buffer tube, then a rifle buffer and a CS rifle spring.

I run the JP SCS H2 on my WOA 18 in SPR barrel and coupled with a PRI gas buster charging handle I get zero gas in the face when running my 9 inch form 1 can

I wont be shooting suppressed. Its a rifle length buffer tube and rifle length gas system.

Then all you need is a standard AR-15 rifle length buffer system. If you can afford the JPSCS then I'd recommend that route.

Just go with the standard rifle system. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. The rifle-length system on my 18" SPR is by far my smoothest recoiling rifle. Follow ups and spotting hits are unbelievably easy. Don't overthink it.

I run an SLR adjustable gas, LMOS and the SCS system from JP. Im shooting one of their uppers, and its very nice to shoot. The complete system is definitely an improvement over the tradition AR bcg, adj gas, and buffer/spring.

I'm running an A5/A5H2 on my 18" rifle length gas with good extraction and soft recoil impulse in 19° temps .
