My 10 twist did not like the Berger 155.5's. The bullet was hard pressed to hold 2 minutes at 600 yards. With a 26" barrel and 46.5 grs. of Varget, they chronoed at 2950. I liked the flatter trajectory, but that's all. 10 Twist is much too fast for this bullet.</div></div>

I avoid it, but John Whidden has had success shooting a 155 gr bullet out of a 10-twist.

190 SMK's over 41.3 AA 2520 and doing 2510...
175 SMK's over 44.6 Varget doing 2710...
Both in Nosler brass with the 210M primer...
Savage 10 FCP HS tactical in 1/10 twist....
When using Winchester brass I have to up charge .4 grain...

The 168 Amax and Sierra Match Kings have been great for me. Just bought a box of the 175 SMKs to try cause I hear so much good about it. Varget powder and seated to 2.800 in my POF have been working great thus far.

for my 1-12 it likes the 150g spitzer. The 168's arn't bad. I am waiting on the 155 scenar to come in so I can try them. I hear nothing but good about them.

175 gr SMKs for 500yards plus. Anything inside that I don't care.

I like 168 and 180 MK or 168 and 175 Nosler Custom comp (better price).

168 SMK have worked well for me. After I use up what I have on hand I will try the 175 & 180 SMK's

175 smk or 178 A-max out of my 1-11.25 twist 5r barrel. They are consistenly sub moa.

I like the 155 Scenars for shooting coyotes. The 175 SMK's for anything out to 800-900 and if I'm shooting 1000-1,100 yds I like the Berger 185 BT LR. All out of a .308 of course.

My number one is the 178 AMAX with the 168 coming in second. But in the event i get hard up and run through my stash, SMK's work real well also.

178gr AMAX over 44gr Varget .010" off the lands of my model 10 1:10 twist.

I have to defer to my rifle. 168 and 175 SMKs work very well, but, in spite of my hopes, the 155 Scenars do not. I will be trying them again with another rifle once I get the baffle strike issue cleared up (definite adverse affect on accuracy).
