There is no ",root of your point," in what I said, you simply stated your opinion. Any illegal use is too much in my opinion. Prosecutors and defense attorneys play the same games. One would say its less credible than it is, one would say its more. I don't trust either of them because they don't care about justice, they only care about winning. Youre right in youre point...(most of them) seem more interested in 'winning' over truth and justice. "Get that conviction, justice be damned." That attitude should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, and punished the same. We had a female prosecutor here, Cenise Lunsford, a real CUNT in every sense of the word, a man hater, who, in a case where there was clearly exculpatory evidence, she did everything she could to get a man sent to prison, and did. Fortunately, it was later overturned, and it ended up costing her re election.

But why wait until the child molester is dead to let the dog chew the genitals off. Alive would be far more dramatic, and should be televised as a warning to others.

I can agree with that. If I were an attorney I would have real trouble defending someone I knew was guilty...unless I could convince them to confess and take a plea.

But them truth is more important to me than 'winning', or $$$.
