I do not but I’ve always heard they run great. The only bad thing I’ve heard is that it’s proprietary parts since it’s a piston but that’s all.
Like you mine is for hog and coyote duty. I have thousands of rounds on a PWS 7.62x39 and I feed it Wolf HP and SP with a Q Thunder Chicken. In short it's flawless as the trailers full of dead hogs will attest. The bcg/piston are proprietary everything else is BCM. I have literally beat the shit out of my rifle on the ranch and it smiles back at me. Tried the AK round and found it was just as effective as 308 at our distances and switched from 308AR to save a ton of weight....and ammo cost. I get the Wolf HP's at .19/round shipped just as good as SP. Have taken a couple around 200 yards on rare shots, but most of our hogs get stalked in to 100 or less. As far as knock down goes the first shot is always a head shot, but once the runners go you take what you can get obviously. We don't get as many bang flops with x39 like 308, but I can't recall last time we didn't recover a hit hog. Sometimes they go 20 yards, sometimes 50, but they go down. My rifle suppressed with thermal and 30 round mag loaded is a smidge over 9 lbs. I did a test of sorts for dirty/mals and stopped at 500 rounds w/o no mals suppressed......felt bad not to clean it after that:/ My buddy runs the x39 pistol Mk111 same thing beast mode. If you are having to shoot at really long distances at night where it's best guess or no rangefinder x39 probably not idea. 200 and in I'm supremely confident in it.
Just keep it lines good and maybe wipe the bolt off once in a while.I don't want to suggest you have not done this, but have you adjusted your AGB with the can on it? It's there to help preserve the timing of the cyclic action with increased back pressure. I will also say it can be incredibly helpful to have the ability to dial UP the gas when you get fouling as it appears in your case. One of my buddies used to do this with on his Daniel Defense/SpecWar can once it started to give him dirty FTE's he opened up the Superlative Arms bleed off gas valve all the way and that got him cycling again.
Ok well poo. Ya know I might just call LaRue and see what they have to say something seems funky. Even before I spent a dime on trying to slow down the carrier/unlocking of the bolt. There are several options if you go that route, but might be interesting to hear what the boys at the shop have to say.
