What gives the President power to create new government organizations?

So, what do you have that is legitimate to this thread?

Post 34 is spot on. Fiduciary responsibility is outlined in the constitution of every state and begins with the mayor/council of the smallest of incorporated municipalities. Here is a good explanation of the reorganized USDS prepared by the Congressional Research Service. In a very real sense, DOGE is under the umbrella of the USDS. Can Trump just willy nilly create an all-new "federal department" without congressional approval? Not going to go there.

Not sure of the tie to post #34, I missed the connection maybe ... Elon?

Si, DOGE is basically USDS renamed if I understand correctly without researching it.

POTUS create a "department" from scratch? I don't think so, needs more Congress AFAIK.

POTUS create an "agency" from scratch? I believe so, agencies have been created via EO in the past IIRC.

I didn't read all this thread. It is a pointless crybaby rant by an ill informed emotions fueled OP.
I do appreciate the fact that it exists, and the OP posted and continues to post these "conceens".
It serves as a shining light, although i am sure it was unintentional, to expose the veemin who scurry around a site like this.
I am surprised at the amount of screeching, squealing, rapacious cunts we have bumping around the shadows here.
Expose them all.
