Scott's a great guy... He just seems insanely busy.
My only fustration is not being able to complete a project... and the time it's taking is starting to be measured in years.
Copying his parts is illegal and immoral... and coming up with usable alternatives isn't working for the precision I want. Unless I spend a ton of time preparing a CNC program to cut footing adapters, I've got this wonderful product that isn't extremely usable.
Problem is, I like the pod claws....
(I've recently gotten luck enough to have a friend hugely expand his manufacturing facilities, so now I've got options that are more like Smith and Wesson type manufacturing capibilies.)
In so far as contacting him: I did note that I was unable to reach anyone at the phone number on their website recently; BUT I've never had an instance of sending an email and not having it returned.
Scott's good people. ...just busy. ...and I know from personal experience that running a business in not easy. Let alone growing one...
So while, in my case, I REALLY want these parts, it's not like the Kestrel 4500NV with ATRAG where they put out a neat product and don't seem to be supporting it.
Scott's stuff is GOOD... GREAT QUALITY.... you just have to get it.
