Only the State House can make firearms laws . We have Pre emption law that clearly defines this
It is not the job of the Pa State Police to make laws . Enforce . Once again they Enforce law .
The AG does not make law . He prosecutes violations .
I searched numerous online articles and in one the Pa SP. state that "all firearms in Pa. must be registered . Again , wrong . I can sell a rifle to a private citizen without doing paper work .
Seriously WTF . Were these assholes gonna let anyone in one this bullsbit or what . I nearly purchased a lower online and the vendor was going to ship to my address . Instant felon . I also saw where this asshat Shapiro said that they had made more than one hundred arrests in Philly around these "ghost guns ". Bull fuckin shit . If they had made one they would have plastered that shit 24/7 on every news channel in the state . instead it's the excuae after the fuckin . I was under the impression that we were not subjects .
