Lapua is by far the best out of the box. I still run it through the sizer to reset the few case mouths that will get dinged, and just to set consistent neck tension because I'm OCD about that but you really don't even need to do it.
Winchester is really just as good after you do some prep. It needs to be sized, and trimmed to be as consistent as the Lapua is out of the box, and the flash holes deburred. Once that is done I have never noticed a difference between it and Lapua as far performance or case life.
I really don't mess with anything else except for hunting and varmint loads. I use Hornady and Federal for that if I can get it cheap. That way I don't have to worry about leaving it laying on the ground, and the pockets typically loosen up quickly on both anyway.
A quick piece of advice if it isn't too late, get the barrel 26" so you can run H1000 efficiently and make the barrel last. Otherwise you'll torch it fast. Ohh and 105 Hybrids are the king dingaling.
