After holding out for too long, I'm getting into suppressors. I have a threaded/braked bolt-action 338LM and a 338RUM that I enjoy shooting LR with - both heavy guns, no hunting weight requirements. Can anyone recommend what is the best buy if I don't want to spend $1500+ for the tbac? The Bad Larry is pretty new but seems to have good reviews so far. Nosler has the new SR33 and I am a fan of most Nosler products. Both of those are under $1000, with the Bad Larry around $800. Anything else I should look at?
Thanks.

Thanks guys, I decided to buy a 100% tbac certificate to get the tbac ultra gen2 for about the same price as the Nosler.
you are wise. Suppressors are a marriage, they have no resale value, so you want the bestest most recent tech that's going to be hard to beat for many many years. It's not like other things where, if you decide to upgrade you just sell what you bought, to cut your losses. Nobody buys used cans unless you sell them dirt cheap and most guys would just keep it rather than sell for Pennie’s on the dollar - then they have this useless inferior can laying around. It’s lose-lose situation.

TBAC Gen2 338U is THE 338 can, and will remain so for a decade or more. You will unlikely be tempted to upgrade
