What Next?

So i have been slowly building my equipment list and upgrading my rifle for precision shooting. I am a newbie at this so i want to get the most ROI i.e improvement in my abilities. I am at a point where I have a few things on my short list to buy but am limited on funds I just sold a scope and have about $500 to blow and am having a hard time deciding what to get next i believe I have all the essentials i.e. reloading set up, data book, good glass, stock, bi pod, trigger, and most importantly a subscription to SH online training.
So what equipment would you get next?
my short list goes as follows not in any particular order
-RCBS Charge master
-upgrade from standard Redding dies to Redding bushing dies
-Chronograph
-Kestrel 4500NV non blue tooth
-Stainless Steel Tumbler
- upgrade range finder to ARC 1600

any other ideas than these?

for what it is worth i mainly just shoot prone KD right now and my end goal is to get to the point that i could start competing in matches to learn and improve

Honestly, buy ammo/supplies. The best thing you can do is shoot and shoot a lot. You can burn up $500 in ammo quick.

Not sure if you have formal training or not, but LL taught some classes out here in Colorado. I think a solid foundation will worth more than any piece of gear. Then when you are in class you can see what folks have, and how to prioritize the gear you actually need. I shoot at that club and everyone is very knowledgeable and down to earth.

One nublet to another here...

Unless you are sufficiently stocked atm buy more ammo. None of the rest of that stuff will do you any good if you can't shoot the rifle.

If your current reloading set up is producing ammo better than you can shoot you will be better off picking from some of your other options.

If you are set on ammo go with a chrono. Spend the rest on ammo.

I am pretty stocked up on components to make rounds. I am just waiting to finish my load development to see what bullet I am going to stock up on and funds are set aside for that. I am also already enrolled in a beginner precision marksmanship ship course on the 22nd here in Utah and have already planned a rifles only trip next year the only reason I didn't go this year is my wife is pregnant with number 3 and is due in November so we agreed I would wait till next year to go. Thanks for the input so far

Since you have to develop a load for your rifle I personally choose a chronograph a Kestrel and a ballistic app.
Shooting at KD I don't think that a rangefinder is a priority.
A reliable accurate scale is good to have but a charge master is more for speeding up the reloading process,can be added later.
Find a good bullet for your rifle twist, run a ladder test and than start practicing with the load that you have specifically
developed for your weapon system under different conditions(wind temp etc). You can also play with the sitting depth later when you get the Redding comp dies.
And for those long distance shots I will add a anti cant device "bubble level"

So i ended up getting The magneto speed Chronograph and the Bushnell 1600arc I know i didn't need the LRF and probably should of got some thing that i needed more but i couldn't pass up the deal i got. It was $325 nib from a local guy who won one and already owned one.

I was just informed by Magnetospeed that there is an "update" to the device that is due in about a month (as of Sept 22nd, 2012).

No specifics were given as to what the update consists of... however, I am interested in just what that may be before I pull the trigger on a new purchase.

Posted too late, Kestrel or rangefinder would get my vote.

I personally don't think you need a chrono if you can shot out to extended distances near subsonic for that caliber, you can back calculate the velocity very accurately. Chronographs give you an idea of the velocity, but they need to be calibrated and checked. The bullet impact does not lie.
