What scope are you using on your 22 stick?

Re: What scope are you using on your 22 stick?

Hopefully I will be okay, I have a 20 MOA base on my 40X. I will check that though, make sure I have enough elevation after I get it mounted. Thanks!

Re: What scope are you using on your 22 stick?

I had the exact scope on this exact rifle.

I upgraded it to a Falcon 4-14x44 + a few mods, now it shoots the lights out. Crazy accurate for a lil $150 gun

And I agree with stmcelroy up top, the Warne Permanent rings are what I have mine mounted on, rock solid. Ive owned 2 previous sets and Ive never had any issues with them

Just bought my dad an accushot for his Chiappa AR-15. Would take you up on that offer if it stands.

Interested to know how these hold up.

Savage in benchrest stock is getting a Millett LRS-1 Mil/Mil
BV in hm2 will get a Centerpoint 4-16X40, or something else I buy later.

The biggest weakness of the APVs is the lack of reticle options. A mildot reticle on an APV would be great. Some guns i prefer the 1" tube on and really don't want to run the bulkier APT....though I currently have the APT on until I find a suitable 1" scope with mildot reticles.

This is a first.......someone actually prefers a Tasco to a Mueller?

Re: What scope are you using on your 22 stick?

Nikon Monarch 2-7 X 32...incredible glass.

I can see the .22 holes at 150 yards with this glass and it is sized right for the CZ. For popping bunnies, I just crank it down to 2X and it makes for fast target acquisition. I paid twice what the gun cost for this scope and don't regret it at all.

Re: What scope are you using on your 22 stick?

Rifle: Savage MKII TR .22LR
Base: EGW 20MOA Savage MKII base
Scope: Vortex PST 6-24x50mm Mil/Mil EBR-1
Rings: Leupold Mark 4 30mm Medium Rings

This combo gets that scope LOW! (the way i like it)

Rifle: KIDD Custom 10/22 in Boyd Tacticool stock
Base: Built in 0MOA picitiniy rail
frown.gif

Scope: Vortex PST 4-16x50mm Mil/Mil EBR-1
Rings: TPS 30mm Medium Rings

This combo requires alot of turret travel (12.6 MILS) to get to 300yd with no MOA base

Re: What scope are you using on your 22 stick?

I keep talking myself out of ordering a second SS 5-20 to put on my 22 trainer. Right now I have a weaver grandslam tact 3-10. Nice scope but I just don't seem content for some reason!?!?

That's what I have on mine as well.

Re: What scope are you using on your 22 stick?

Vortex Viper 2-7x32, and a Vortex Diamondback 1.75-5x32. I tried a 6.5-20 but did not enjoy the high mag.

Re: What scope are you using on your 22 stick?

Burris Signature 6-24x40mm on a NS 522
Sightron SII 24x44mm on another NS 522
Leupold 6.5-20x40mm EFR on the built 10/22
R.A. Litchert 20x on a Win 52
