Suppressors What size and material for .243 and 5.56

Been thinking about filing a form 1 and building a suppressor from a solvent trap.
Will or can a solvent trap be accurate on a 243 with a MTU barrel? This would be its primary home. I would like to be able to shoot it to 1,000 or more.
I am thinking a 10 or so inch tube 1.5 inch or bigger. I like the idea of titanium because its lite, but maybe with a stainless blast baffle to help it last longer.
I've been looking online for size charts, I've read too small is not good, but also too big is not good either.

Then maybe I would put it on my AR for hunting. No mag dumps.

Not gonna act like an expert, but you'll probably want titanium for a precision can. If hard use or going on a short barrel then inconel.
