Man, this streak of bad luck will not end.
Forget the dogpile from the last few months, the never-ending bad luck. This is a new level of invisible.
Last week I go to the butcher shop, there is a guy in there ahead of me. so I grab a package out of the freezer, waiting for my turn and this old woman walks in a minute or two later. She proceeds to cut me in line and the woman behind the counter looks at me but just rolls with it. I ignore it and move on. The same day, same afternoon I had ordered lunch from Snarf Sandwichs from the app. It's super easy, walk in, your bag with your name is on the counter, grab it walk out. This time I am a bit early, but the place is quiet, maybe 6 people. The girl at the register asks if my order is online, I say yes, she asks the name, I said Frank and she says it's almost ready.
They finish and she calls, Frank and guy sitting there stands up and grabs the sandwich. I figure, he is Frank too, it can happen. Shortly after they are calling "Rick" and no one answers. They come back around to me and we all realize he took my sandwich. The girls just look at each other and say thanks for not causing a fuss and they make me a new sandwich. Not their fault, but they treat me well, no drama.
This week I am trying to play the weather and because it was supposed bit a bit nasty on Wednesday I scheduled a service for my truck. It needs the 80k service plus I have a check engine light on for the AdBlue heater and there is a recall for the AdBlue Heater, and I also know I need brakes so I ask them for a brake job. Pretty simple, Lube, Oil Filter, Tire Rotation, alignment, and then inspect filters, and junk. Fast forward to Wednesday Night my truck is not ready they cannot do the Alignment in time and they tell me the Brakes are fine, they are not doing the brakes. They said it was a 5 and they change them at 2. Okay fine, I will pick it up in the morning.
I have breakfast with UK Hide Member who visits Denver for work and will pick the truck up after.
I hit the dealer at 11 AM today, I pick up, and as soon as I get in, the damn computer says first thing, REPLACE BRAKE PADS and then gives me an idiot light that says Brake Wear. All of which was not on when I dropped it off. How do they move the car to the front of the building and not see this loud warning right in front of your face?
Turn around, my days are already ruined, walk back in, Hey can you fix my brakes.... sure.
What the Royal Fuck,
This has to stop and why can't this dealer get shit right. E-Blah!
Wait until they ask me to fill out their survey
