I’ve got the rest of the day to kill and would rather not sit in the hotel or in a bar.

I’ve been to Dealey Plaza and the 6th Floor Museum.

Sounds like you are in or close to downtown? I think there’s a marathon going on but unfortunately that’s gotta be the worst spectator sport in the world.

Yeah, only thing to do usually involves shopping, eating or drinking. The best thing to do is get out of the city but sounds like you’re time is too limited to accomplish that.

If you like the JFK stuff drive over to the Parkland hospital emergency room entrance it is just like all of the pictures you have ever seen. A little creepy in that respect.

I’m actually in Arlington, and just across 30 is Six Flags, but that’s not my thing.

Head over to Fort worth and check out the stock yards or something then.

Really on a Sunday the entire DFW area is boring as all can be, and you can't really get your drinking on either.

So it's eating and shopping and going to church or going to a friends place for the eating and such.

The Gaylord in Grapevine has their ice exhibit right now with giant ice carvings, that’s always cool to see.

Yeah, from Arlington the Stockyards in Fort Worth is a really good suggestion - some things to see there. IMO Fort Worth mo bettah than Big D.

If staying put in Arlington then probably Texas Live by the new ballpark would offer most room to roam but in the end it’s just a Texas size bar, loud, will be lots of drunk Cowboys homers getting their game on….ugh.

I alway hit the Samurai museam down in the business district and the resturant you go through to get there is pretty damn good! Fort Worth... The stock yards are cool and grab a burger at Rodeo Goat or hit the Woodshed Smokehouse.

Stumbled across Bodacious BBQ and their ribs will beat out Hard 8. But Hard 8 has better brisket and hot links.

Dallas World Aquarium is right there in downtown and pretty impressive. Lots of very good options for food. Nobu, or Uchi for sushi and the like.

https://www.loroeats.com/ for very solid Texas/Korean fusian bbq. Aaron Franklin of Franklins BBQ in Austin is involved.

Several good breweries around like Celestial brewing, deep Ellum brewing, Dots brew house.

Upscale Mexican try Javiers in the knox henderson area.

Seafood and steaks upscale then Ocean Prime or Papa's Bros.

There is a start for ya, how long are you sequestered?

Ended up at the Stockyards. Hit up Riscky’s for apps and beers, saw a “cattle drive” and had a decent time.
