thinking about placing an order with this company...has anybody done business with them? If so...how did it go? Or are these guys just a "flash at the end of a barrel"? Never seen or heard of them....I usually purchase from the bigger folks or Valhalla Tactical (great service, and a real human that knows guns answers the phone! )

I have had nothing but excellent service from them in the past, including one order as recent as a couple weeks ago. I have ordered AR related stuff from them on a few occasions (mostly Seekins stuff) and they have always been prompt to ship and offer good service when I've needed to get someone on the horn to confirm in-stock status before ordering. Yes, they have real-time inventory on their site, but I'm anal about stuff like that...especially on high-dollar orders.

Agreed, they're good to go. Did a small-ish test order first and was impressed by responsiveness and speed of shipping. Then ordered a complete upper from them, which was delivered even faster.

Never had better service, or faster shipping from anyone! Great prices too. I think I've probably ordered 10-12 times in the last 6 months and been very pleased with every aspect. No, I don't work for them, but I would bet the people that do like the place as well.

Several of our employees have shot a good amount of clays over the years, even though we don't sell much in that market. We've had two employees that were collegiate "All Americans" through the local college shotgun team in-fact. We have a pretty mean local Trap League team
. Not many of us shoot sporting clays though as its pretty hard to find a good course around here without driving a few hours. Skeet and Trap is easy to shoot locally.

There are negative customer accounts out there, as no business is perfect, but we do try to keep it to a minimum. Lately customer frustration has been pretty high with the lack of availability on parts causing some hostility when items sell out fast, or aren't available for a long period of time.
That's the market we're in right now unfortunately. It's good to be in the gun industry...if you and customers can wait 2-8 months for inventory to arrive!

I am simply not familiar with your company. I know that when I put something out on the forum, I'm going to get "fairly" accurate feedback. Based on how much positive, or negative feedback I get, I'm able to make a more informed decision. Got to love service like that!They also offer a 5% discount for Vets/LEO. Just got my third order on Tuesday. They have been including busness cards in the box and I am giving them to my friends with a reccomendation to check them out.
