What's your favorite AR barrel.

I have a stainless Ballistic Advantage, 1:8, .223 wylde, wrapped in a Teludyne StraightJacket. It's awesome. Period. Haven't shot many of those fancy ones, all my barrels are wrapped and they shoot awesome

Having built 10+ precision ARs and used many different brands of barrels, I find that NOVESKE is my "go to". They arnt the best and are very expensive to some.
Whats the best barrel youve ever shot?
Grouping pics are a plus!

I've got 2x Noveske builds and Im working on a third. Very happy with all of their products especially the barrels.

1000yd Benchrest Equipment Lists - is it just me or do I see Kriegers and Broughtons quite a bit more than Bartleins? And just to add, 1000yd Benchrest requires 100x the precision that any PRS match would...ie I'd put more stock in what barrels BR shooters are using than some sponsored PRS dude. But to echo padom's earlier statement, this aint got nothin to do w/ gas gun barrels anyhow so..

I’ve had good luck with ARP barrels with the 5/8x24 threaded muzzles. For their price, they are very hard to beat. I also have had good results from a Lothar Walther barrel. My favorite is a 20” Kreiger from Kreiger direct. My brother had a 20” Bartlein from CLE that shot really well. The pics below were shot with 18” ARP barrels. One was a 3r and

the 5x5 Target was shot with a 5r.
