Yup. Even if he blew a .20+ there's more to it. Looks way too messed up to be just alcohol.

That happened to me at a Walmart about 15yrs ago in college after a fifth of tequila my friends though it would be funny and they thought it was.

I'd bet good money he was on detox meds and drinking. I just ran a call on a guy very similar while at the station last night. Except this guy was riding his 4-wheeler and ran into a tree instead of trying to get beer.

I started to feel a little sick just watching him . If he had any good friends they would be punching him in the gut to help him puke so he doesn't die of alcohol poisoning .

I've been damn near close to that on just alcohol. It was all liquor though. I woke up drunk the next morning and was able to drink it off with gatorade and some vitamins
