Where are reviews for Rifles Only classes?

I signed up for the rifle 1&2 combo. Was trying to find reviews from folks who have done the class before. Maybe my google-fu is really weak, but I cannot seem to locate any.

Anyone who can point me in the right direction - that would be a great help!

Re: Where are reviews for Rifles Only classes?

It's funny but I was on their website yesterday and they don't have much on their calendar as far as classes go. I wanted to see if I could attend their 5 day "Precision Rifle I" course but It wasn't on the schedule.

Then I went thru their calendar for the year and didn't find many courses up at all, only a handful.

Hopefully its updated soon.

You're probably right, especially with SHOT coming up and all.

Re: Where are reviews for Rifles Only classes?

Much of Rifles Only's business is in contracted classes for military or L.E. personnel. That both limits the number of classes which are open for enrollment, and shortens the time window in which such classes can be announced for scheduling, because the contract classes often can only occur at specific times.

So, what you see on the schedule is what the facility can be pretty sure that it will be able to teach on a specified date.

As for the OP's question about reviews, use of a Google advanced search limited to snipershide.com will find many comments about the courses at Rifles Only.

Re: Where are reviews for Rifles Only classes?

Slapchop,
My recommendation to you is to take the PR1&2 Combo course. It is 1 more day then the PR1&2 and it is by far more bang for the $. It is by far and away our best course with rifle. Our schedule is updated as contracts come in. We love doing the civilian courses but our other classes take priority due to their very nature. I hope you understand. We try to fit in classes for everyone as much as possible. We have a good amount of classes scheduled out until June and more will be added soon. Our Fall/Winter schedule should be out soon as well with classes being added all the time.
If there is a certain time frame that you would like to attend a course, just let me know. I'll see what I can do

.
We appreciate you looking into our course and the opportunity to train you.

Thanks,
Lisa

They do their best to censor the reviews here, but on a site this big they can't catch them all so they deliberately broke the search engine to prevent you from finding any.

slap - do what you have to do to get down to rifles only, i've spent a bit of time down there including a pr 1&2 class. I won't be the only person to tell you that not only are they a solid outfit, you wont find a better group of people anywhere.
