I’m looking for a 5/8-24 bolt and nut. Kind of an odd question but I figured some of you may have tried the same thing. I leave my flash hider in my supressor and run it as direct thread. It’s not ran on there terribly tight or loctited, but it stays in like I want it to. I’m cleaning my can for the first time by soaking in clr and I’m getting a ton of chunks out. I’d like to remove the flash hider since it’s not titanium so I can do a longer soak and fill the can up all the way. Anyone know where I can find a 5/8-24 bolt? I found a few nuts but have not found one bolt.

Why not buy an adapter with shoulder flats and a thin lock collar with flats?
Just before the adapter bottoms out, run the collar flush against the flash hider and tighten the adapter, some Kroil and it should come right out.

That’s a good idea, I didn’t even think to look for an adapter, I just found one that’s 1/2-28 to 5/8-24 I’ll grab.
