Which 7.62x39 upper do you guys recommend?

I'm torn between to get a Black Rifle 7.62x39 upper (LPR or CAP version) or Faxon upper? 16" or 12" barrel length

Both are piston. Black Rifle looks like Adams arms piston which might contribute to the accuracy while Faxon is like PWS has a bigger piston

I want accuracy and reliability

Appreciate feedback from guys who actually use one.

My experiences have led me to a place that cause me to only use the words accuracy and Faxon in the mutually exclusive sense.
But 7.62x39 isn't far behind when talking about inaccuracy.

I took my c39V2 out yesterday with an assortment of ammunition. Shooting from a solid bench, with bipod at 50 yards, with a 3x prism, none were terribly impressive.

Monarch Poly Coated- 2.3 MOA
Monarch Laquer Coated- 3.2 MOA
PPU Brass- 4.3 MOA
Fiocci Brass 5 MOA
Belom Brass- 2.9 MOA

For perspective, I also shot 2 x 5 round groups from my 12.5" 6.5 Grendel at the same range.

Hornady Black BTHP- 0.98 and 0.69 MOA

(Target was reused, cut out pieces are from load dev for a different rifle...)

As T.tiger said cheap Russians ammo, barnaul, belom and golden tiger.

reliability: WBP, WASR, ZAP
accuracy: 6 thirty round mags in a chest rig and 1 mag locked of tela [now days] YMMV
pin them down at 100 meters and start stacking them at 50 all day .....total cost less than 1500.00 and ya don't have to clean it until the piston looks like a chia pet or fearless leader wants to inspect it
