I know you can order the Stillers with the AW cut but dont know of any others. Who accommodates the AW mags?

Yes on the GAP Templar. I had GAP build me a Hospitaller and I speced that it be set up for the AW mags. When my build time slot came up, they called and informed me that the Surgeon 591 action could not be set up for the AW mags, but they could do it if I went with the Templar. I had my heart set on the 591, so no AW mags for me. Seems to me that the new solution is the Alpha mags. Double stack single feed. No mods required.

Underground and GAP actions are all made by defiance machine who yes make actions that will accept aw mags. not sure about SAC. the m2008 is pretty much an exact copy of an AI AW action so it naturally accepts aw mags. below is a link to a list of gunsmiths which defiance machine manufactures actions for:

each smith's action should be slightly different from the other and should theoretically all can be made to order accept aw mags. pick you flavor.
the new ax shouldn't really affect anything unless you want to build a custom 338 that accepts double stack cip length mags.
I am pretty sure aics mags are double stacked similar to how alpha's are

Call Glen or Jeff at Defiance Machine and order a receiver with the Guardian Cut, AKA AW Cut. As mentioned above, Glen makes the signature receivers for several different smiths, even Mark at SAC. The AW cut is one of the best things to come around in a long time. It's such a good feature, it comes standard on all of my short action receivers.
