Which bag for my situation???

So as the title says, which bag or type of bag do you guys recommend here? As you can see, the window frame is not flush with the 2x4 and it makes for an awkward shooting position. Normally, if I'm shooting off a 2x4 only with nothing obstructing it, I use a small homemade bag that works great. I normally use my magwell as a barricade stop and it works out, but not this time. I'm not looking for anything huge, juat something that'll work. What have you guys had luck with in the past? Maybe a cookie type of bag?

Also, does anybody know the dimensions more less on a mini fortune cookie?

Would like to add as well that I prefer to use a bag that won't be too tall or raise my rifle up higher as I am already out of elevation on this chair, even with a cushion on it haha! ?

I was going to recommend the mini fortune cookie, I've used it for a few stages that look like that. You can manipulate it around to drape more off the other side so that things are level and not raise the rifle too much.

Mini wax game changer if you only want one bag but for that exact situation I would go with a full size gam changer due to the width.

tube sock filled with rice.

a small rear bag might work there too if you can squish it down.

most multi-purpose bags are going to lift it a little bit.

Yep, pretty much anything could work. Game changer or udder would be great. Personally I'd set up my tripod.

Really thinking about ditching the deer blind and setting up somewhere in the brush on a location I found elsewhere. I'd have to shoot off a tripod if so haha.

And I agree most anything should or could work, just wanting to see what others have found they like best.

The udder/Saracen if you have a short walk and the weight isn’t a problem would work great tons of real estate

A full sized fortune cookie may span that gap a bit better than a mini. But, anything that gets you over the plywood lip should suffice.

Sand filled WC Mini Fortune Cookie. It's heavy, but since you won't be moving that doesn't matter. It's the most stable option out there at the moment in my opinion, but I am biased.

There are a lot of bags out there that will help solve your problem.

You could use a rear bag in this fashion as you are after minimal height. I have used mine both hunting and in comps in a similar fashion and run the strap over the barrel so that it attached to the rifle

Nail another 2x4 on edge, on the inside of the wall making the windows sill wider. You will still be able to use your magwell to push and rest the fore end on the sill. Can also add a flat rear bag like a TAB rear bag
