Which bino mount for tripod?

So I have the 15x SLC’s and I’d like a better mount that the vortex spigot I’m using.
What’s the upgrade for this? What do you all like to use to secure your Binos in a tripod?

The SLC style have a specific Swarovski mount. This is very expensive, but it’s super easy and quick. Unlike the Vortex it removal with a flip switch onto a stud mount. I couldn’t justify the extra $ for the 15xSLC’ss, so I got the Meostar15x I had friends machine a stud so I could use the Swarovski mount. Perfect. Stable and compact this allows the use of the binocular case for the Meostar.
Sean at Sport Optics can hook up with that Swarovski mount . I’ll post a photo soon.

I had the Meostars as well. Wow, that’s bang for your buck right there. In all honesty if I wouldn’t have found a brand new pair of the SLC’s super cheap I wouldn’t have switched. I don’t see a real difference in resolution, CA or Color. I only noticed a real difference in the ergonomics and brightness.
I am aware of the Swaro mount. And all honesty I believe it to be severely overpriced. I may be splitting hairs when talking about this kind of money for buying those but it’s just kind of pisses me off that I am kind of against it.

Outdoorsmans mount for sure, nicest option out there and cheaper than the Swaro mount. That's what I run on my SLC 15x56

Quick disconnect, locking screw stud and much less "bouncy" than the Vortex mount.

Another option with more versatility than just holding binos is the Abel table. This is how I run my binos. A strip a Velcro wrap and they don’t move. Plus you have room to mount a rangefinder and kestrel or other items.

I use my Hog Saddel to grab one side of the binos. I could not be more solid.

It appears Swarovski has upgraded their system instead of a thumb screw it attaches with a cam lock. The 1/4 /20 screw threads on the Swarovski part were a little short for the Meostars so the machinists made the correct threads.

I really like the Leupold Binocular Tripod Adapter. Holds tight. Easy to attach the binos. Amazon has it.

if your binos are 56mm then you need the tall mount if smaller its up to you....i bought the tall mount for both my binos...make sure you buy a stud they are separate.
