From your reply to <span style="font-weight: bold"><span style="font-style: italic">ECH</span></span> about the [Badger] TRAMP being out of your price range you won't like my suggestion of a Larue LT706 ($79.95). However, something that you should realize and accept in life is that your get what you pay for. This is defintely the case here.
Most picatinny rail bipod adapters consist of a block that attaches to the rail, and a bipod stud is screwed into the block. These include most of the bipod adapters' in the Midway USA link you provided (Yankee Hill Machine, GG & G, DoubleStar, American Defense, ProMag, and Larue LT130) as well as the Knight's Armament and more. The Harris then attaches to the bipod stud as usual, with the forearm (or in your rifle's case the picatinny rail bearing against the Harris Bipod's saddle/platform). Theres' a lot of parts stacking here.
A much better way to attach a bipod (Harris or other) is directly to the Rail. If you're using a Harris this means you'll be eliminating several unnecessary parts - the the block and bipod stud and the "saddle"/platform that the bottom of the fore arm usually bears against. This is good, as eliminating these parts does several things: (1) provides a more rigid and stable mounting point, (2) eliminates the weight of the platform (saving weight), (3) reduces parts stacking and overall height.
An excellent mount that I use is the LT706, but two other mounts are the American Defense Manufacturing (ADM) <span style="font-weight: bold"><span style="font-style: italic">
AD-170-S</span></span> and <span style="font-weight: bold"><span style="font-style: italic">
AD-170</span></span>. All three are QD mounts that mount directly to the picatinny rail, increasing rigidity, saving weight, eliminating parts stacking, and slightly lowering the center-of-gravity.
The Badger TRAMP doesn't eliminate the Harris "saddle"/platform, so it actually stacks more (unnecessary) parts on top of what is already there. Why the Hell would anyone want to do that? <span style="font-weight: bold"><span style="font-style: italic">Since you already have a Picatinny Rail and you want to mount a Harris bipod,</span>do it right and use the Larue LT706 or one of the ADM Mounts</span>.
Larue sells the LT706 Mount by itself ($79.00 each) or complete with Harris bipods in their Harris + LT706 QD Swivel Mount "Combos" ($177.95). I bought a <span style="font-weight: bold"><span style="font-style: italic">"
Harris BRM-S + LT706 QD Swivel Mount Combo"</span></span> before, but have since then I've just bought the LT706 QD Swivel Mount alone and converted existing Harris bipods.
There IS one thing that I hate about the LT706 Combos' as they come from Larue - the knob that adjusts the swivel pivot tension is huge, and theres' no room to grasp the knob to be able to turn it. Ridicolous. I use KMW Pod Locs anyway so not a problem for me, but be forwarned if you decide to by a Combo rather than purchasing the LT-706 Mounts bare. Below are some photos of an older Harris BRM-S + LT706 QD Swivel Mount "Combo" with the factory Larue Pivot Tension Knob on the rail of my LWRC M6A2-S and a Gen 1 KMW Pod Loc. You can see that the Pod Loc provides much better access for adjustment.
There are also some photos of the newer style Harris BRM-S + LT706 QD Swivel Mount mated to a Harris BRM-S (6-9" Notched Swivel) attached to an ACCU-SHOT BT28 on the Anschutz Rail of my Tac Ops X-Ray 51. The newer LT706 Mount has a built-in Locking Tab.

Below are some photos of a Larue LT706 + Harris BRM-S mounted on an ACCU-SHOT BT28 on my personal Tac Ops X-Ray 51. The Larue LT706 Harris BRM-S Combo also has a Gen 2 KMW Podloc mounted on it. The BT28 works so well that I bought 5 of the LT706 Mounts to convert more Harris bipods.
I highly recommend that you buy the KMW PodLoc for use on the Swivel-type (<span style="font-weight: bold"><span style="font-style: italic">"S"</span> Series</span>) Harris', as the huge, clunky Larue Pivot Tension Knob is so big theres' no clearance to grasp and turn the Pivot Tension Knob.
